Pinot Noir

A very temperamental grape to grow and vinify, great Pinot Noirs create a lasting impression. The nose is frequently accented by a pronounced spiciness that suggests strawberry liqueur and ripe cherries, the best full-bodied and rich but neither heavy, acidic nor tannic. Pinots Noir is best known for its velvety, soft texture.
