World Tour Dinner (SPAIN & PORTUGAL)

Saturday, April 13 On Saturday, April 13, Chef Bo Palker will offer a special prix fixe menu inspired by customary foods from the Iberian Peninsula. Guests have the opportunity to sample national treasures such as traditional Spanish tapas, paella cooked in a 3-foot wide paella pan, Portuguese favorite caldo verde and much more. Sommelier and General Manager Jason Meringolo has selected premium vintages from various Spanish and Portuguese vineyards to complement each dish. Sangria with fresh fruit will also be available.
